this is the din tool for those of you who don't know. I need to know if these can remove my factory stereo head unit in my car.

So i would just remove the head unit using the din tool and simply connect a new head unit?
Those tools won't work with a Nissan radio. You'll need to remove the dash panel around the radio and unscrew the radio brackets underneath.
