Cheap Baby Strollers

Is there such a thing as a replacement or a stroller Wheel Cleaner?

I just bought a vintage Perego stroller at a garage sale and it is gorgeous! It is very clean, almost perfect. The only problem is that the wheels are so dirty they were supposed to be white but are dark brown almost beige! Is it possible to clean them, or anyone know of a place I can have them replaced? Please help! It would Popular!

Maybe try to clean them with a magic eraser. I know what you're talking about strollers and those are so awesome. Soap and water might work too. Or rubbing alcohol. That works good for cleaning stuff sometimes.
