Baby Double Orange

Ok so what do you think this could be?

I am 26 weeks. On the right side of my belly about 3 fingers off my belly button I have a spot about the size of an orange that is just extremely painful. It hurts to touch it, and whenever the baby moves across this spot, I almost double over in pain. I have never had this happen before(this is my 3rd baby), and I'm a little concerned. The pain started Friday and hasn't gotten any worse or better. I have kind of a deep stretch mark from my previous pregnancies in that area, but the pain doesn't run along the stretch mark, it just seems to be centered on it. Anyone ever had this happen before? Or do you have any idea what it might be? Thanks!!!

i think you might have appendicitis..
