So yes, "crispy" nipples .... This seems to be the cause of my problem: The most common cause of cracking and crusting of the nipple is an irritation and dryness of friction, sometimes called "Jogger nipple" as the condition is often seen in runners and athletes. During the exercise, prolonged contact with tissue from a bra or clothing can cause nipple soreness and thickening and scaling. Sometimes persistent rubbing, nipple discharge clear or slightly yellow may also occur. You do not have to be active in sports for that to happen though. Friction from any source, like a bra rough or ill-fitting can cause it. Would be "Baby Oil Gel" work for it?
I think it would work, and I know exactly feel.i how you asked my doctor about this issue on my vargaina and asked to watch cuz i was embarressed my doc is Guy.
