Can someone please tell me how to take a Britax Car Seat cover the wash, then put it back on?

We have a Britax Roundabout car seat for my son. We had the thing for almost two years, his most due for a good cleaning washing machine! Is it possible to the car seat cover and wash it then put it back? I tried to take the car seat cover off last year, but I saw that there were pieces of styrofoam under and I thought that I would somehow mess that up, so I abandoned this idea. Well, here is a year later and it definitely needs a good cleaning washing machine. Has anyone taken their seats Britax Roundabout car cover and washed and then put it back on? It is past the point of just 'wipe it with .. washcloth wet 'this something must be put in the washing machine. HELP. - Ωifee мaяк's --

It takes forever, but the cover and can be detached around these pieces of styrofoam darn. You pull the material around the styrofoam from the bottom because we found it a little little easier this way. We had to wash twice now the second time we took off My hubby actually cut the fabric a little just b / c we were desperate to get in a hurry (we were on a road trip and our son, he had both ends). You can not even tell when you watch. Even if you do not cut the fabric as you can go down as we did the first time. Expect to use a Part of elbow grease though. The back on was much better than removing it. A nail file really sturdy metal is very practical to back fabric around the styrofoam. Good Luck!
