double stroller questions?

this is a question for all the moms out there who have a double stroller. i am due with my 2nd baby in march. by then my daughter will be almost 2, i am trying to figure out if i should get a front and back double stroller. i am considering buying the Chicco Cortina Together Double Stroller in Fuego. so my question is, is it worth it getting the double stroller? did get good use out of it? and also which double stroller is the best? any advice would be helpful! thank you ladies!.

Most people like the front and back double strollers for ease of use in stores. The Chicco Cortina double stroller would be the one I would buy for myself. everyone who I've spoken to love it. I've long recommended the single Cortina as the best traditional stroller I know of, and we sell many others which are much more expensive, but not as good. Although it's heavier than a side by side, it's lighter than any front to back I know of.

The other reason I recommend the Cortina Stroller is that it accepts the keyfit carrier. By far the easiest base to install CORRECTLY in your car. Most sources say 75% of car seats are installed incorrectly. When working with a certified installer at a local fire station I asked what he thought of this stat. He said, "it's probably correct, when Chiccos come in they are normally correct, every other brand is most likely installed incorrectly." It is also currently #1 on Consumer Reports.

I work with thousands of baby products and there are probably 5 to7 that I have never heard complaints about, and the Chicco Cortina is one of those.

Bonus: Almost everyone I have met, including those who sell them, pronounce Chicco incorrectly. Most people pronounce it "cheek-oh", but the company is based in Italy and is properly pronounced "key-co". If you needed to contact them that is how they would answer the phone.
