No, it will not. Firstly, I strongly doubt that Dreamer will win the title anyway. Second, Tommy is an artificial company will do everything to Vince McMahon. If he wins the title, it will only bring back the old design, so Vince tells him to. Moreover, the WWE got rid everything that had links to the original ECW, why would they bring this belt back? Better yet, the only thing left to get rid of that might remind people of other ECW is Dreamer.
