Driver Stroller

Why do people walk in the middle of the road?

I was driving home from school and this old man walking in the opposite direction, pushing a stroller walk next to a car parking. What is wrong with the game on foot there were 2 sidewalks on each side Street, no one used. We have no snow, the sidewalk is perfectly clear there is no excuse, because I usually walk on the road when Sidewalks are too knowing or too much water on them. So why does this guy get gripe against me, I was not even close to hitting them going 30 mph or 50 km. When he should be on the side walk. Only if your bike or running in case of failure will be allowed to operate on a residential street. I maybe go a little faster but I'm a better driver than many kids my age my friend is 70-80 km along this road.
