Help! I feel stupid! I bought this stroller pre owned so I did no instructions. . . I can not put the car seat correctly. Do I need the plate in the back or not? I tried it both ways. Am I having a blonde moment or what? " And besides that, I can not get the darn thing to close. Someone please enlighten me before I become crazy. Thank you!
