Question regarding Eddie Bauer Stroller?

My mom found me an Eddie Bauer Cosco stroller on craigslist I think. It was made in 2002 according to the tag. I now also have the carseat that went with it, I guess its a travel system, and a couple of bases.
I have looked up online trying to find out more information about the system, to no avail. I love the stroller, it is the perfect color, and it is still in excellent condition.
Its tags say Model # 01-741 MBP and the manufactor date is 04-17-2002.
The carseat is a little different, the model # is 02-601 MBP and its date is 5-24-2002. It is also in excellent condition.
I am wondering about the system, if anyone has this particular one?
I also want to know about the carseat. I think it is probably not safe anymore, but if I get a new carseat by the same company, will it fit the stroller and bases I have?
Who do I contact, and how, to find out? I cannot find anything online about this model #.
