Graco Cleo

Becoming interested in a trip and I like the idea of a stroller that turns into a stroller / buggy. I have heard bad things about Silvercross 3D. My budget is really around 250 € ($ 500) would be interested to hear some comments or reccommendations please:) xx Also, How long before your toddler outgrown the stroller option?
I had a Graco Mosaic And it was rubbish ... broke with wheels in a few weeks ... and I read a criticism of other people having the same problem .... I have a Mclarren now and its brilliant!
