Cheap Baby Strollers

I am looking for the perfect double stroller...any suggestions?

I am expecting my 2nd child at the end of the summer and I have a 2yr old. I am pretty small so it needs to be light weight, tandem, compatible with the Graco baby carrier, parent tray w/ cup holder, child tray w/ cup holder for front and back ...pretty simple design, and affordable. Thanks in advance for your help.
