Infant Jogging

Hi all. I have 36 weeks of pregnancy. Assuming I have a delivery by vaginal normal when a good time to start hitting my jogging trails with my little guy? I intend to do so by walking fast. I have a Zooper Zydeko & All Terrain stroller as a car seat for baby to fit inside. PS - I mean without danger to the baby - not for me. Also, do not worry if the guy never bumps on the jogging trails are harmful to the baby?
We havent even used! My son is 6 months and the whole stroller thing didn't work for him until a few months ago when he was able to sit with assistance. Right now, it was too cold to go jogging with the baby. Most joggers are 3 point harness and it supports a young baby. I suggest using a stroller that accommodates your car seat for months and walking on smooth trails until your toddler can sit in the stroller and has better muscle control.
