Infant Tandem

I have 2 years and I baby No. 2 in July. I do not know much about double strollers, I know there are side by side and tandem where there is a seat behind another. What would you suggest for the ages of my children? I'm looking for something not too expensive. Also, I heard that some Strollers take only carrier car seat for baby in the same brand (eg Graco) I have an infant car seat Evenflo so I needed something that would take it.
Get Joovy caboose or another stroller that has the infant seat and attachment your car seat. Another option would just get a buggy board and attach to the back of your current single stroller for your child older to stand on. Some children, older people are fine with standing because they do not like the seat and you are good stay Mom near. If yours is not that, then go for the caboose or Sit'n Babytrend Stand by. The Sit'n Stand comes with a complete seat which converts to a bench seat when your eldest is even greater.
