Lightweight Umbrella Stroller

I want to buy a lightweight stroller. An important feature that distinguishes some strollers seem to be the ability to tilt. Have you found that you used the function lying on your stroller umbrella? Is it unnecessary? I'm sure it's nice to have, but is it a luxury that I & my baby could do without? I do not want to spend money on a feature I can almost never use. Thank you.
I wish I had spent a little more and got the reclining one because my son will not sleep Now in his umbrella stroller. The only reason I did not at this time is that the one I saw was lying very shallow. I kept looking for one with better than sitting in bed, it would have been nice for the price!
