Stroller Help!?

I'm looking for a Stroller that has the option of putting the baby facing the pusher (the mom). Like the old baby carriages.
I did an exhaustive search at Babie's R' Us and they only had one that can do that -the Maxi-Cosi Foray. Plus online I haven't found anything.
Does anyone know of another stroller that can do that? I love the idea of looking at my baby's face as I push her.

A side question: what is the best travel system (stroller with in-fitting baby car-seat) that you know of?
