Slaves taken from Africa in general came to the Caribbean Islands, colonies that were also European before going to the Americas. Many African slaves stayed in the Caribbean and large black communities formed there, so many blacks living on islands like Jamaica and the Bahamas today. Most slaves eventually traveled on a second vessel colonies in South America that uses slave labor (Virginia, for example). I remember this information for the study of textbooks on the Middle Passage and the slave trade in primary school, but I have not yet found a page with information even written. I However, to find a map of all branches of the Slave Trade: http://www.waywelivednc.com/maps/historical/middle-passage.htm You can see that one "orders" on the tour is the Caribbean, and that slaves were generally brought to the Caribbean, and subsequently moved northward to the Americas.
