Prams for big children?

My son is 2, 97cms tall and 18.5kgs. The majority of prams in Australia have a maximum weight rating of 17kgs. I am hoping to have another child within the next year and was looking at buying a Phil and Teds Vibe, but the seat height is an issue for me. Does anyone know of any other prams that have a higher weight rating and the ability to carry 2 children. I don't want a side by side either.
He is not fat, he is just tall. He has always been in or above the 97th percentile on the growth charts. I don't really appreciate people assuming that he is fat and not fed properly. I am hoping to get a pram that has a max rating of at least 25kgs.

The Love N Care Europa Stroller holds 2 and has a higher maximum weight rating. Also the Steelcraft Strider Plus has a weight limit of 20kg and can hold 2 as well. Our 2 yr old is also a bigger boy at 94cm and 16kgs and we use a Phil and Ted's sports for both our boys which we love.
