I had problems with my MacBook recently, and I just fixed it. I had replaced the MagSafe port, and also bought a new adapter. My computer seems to work well after I managed to fix it until morning. Now it does not light at all, making noise, etc. It is connected to a power source and shows it is charging, but I am still unable to take power. I tried everything, including taking the battery to reset PRAM, etc. Can someone PLEASE help, so I have to take it back to my Mac store?
One More Thing: Hold down the power button for at least five seconds. If you get no response after ten seconds, he must return to the Apple Store.
