Single Baby Jogging
Posted on Tuesday, July 12th, 2011 at 4:07 pmI'm 5'8" and weigh 228lbs. Obviously in great need of weight loss. What do you suggest? HELP PLEASE!?
I have about 60-70lbs to lose. I've been overweight for so long now, and I've finally made the decision to lose it for myself. I have an 8mo. old baby, so it's VERY hard to find time to go walking/jogging, but I've been going as much as I possibly can. By the way, single mother with absolutely no help, so keep that in mind.
Is there a safe pill? That'll WORK with diet and excersize?
I've been starving myself lately! I want to lose weight so bad!!
I desperately want Gastric Bypass, but I don't think they'll just let me do it, right?

Gastric bypass is definitely out. You do not weigh enough and that is a GOOD THING! The problem here is like most people you have a hard time finding time to work out. Sometimes you just have to make that sacrafice find one thing you can cut out so you can get some excercise in. Maybe a 30 minute tv show that you watch every night. You could work out during the show or go for a walk and skip it. I am not familar with many pills that actually work. But you are a pretty good candidate for a lapband. You should check with your insurance to see if they cover lapband surgeries. I had a gastric bypass and I love it but I ways 340 pounds not 228.
