Single European Stroller

My babies are going to be 15 months apart and I am going to need a double stroller that I can attach an infant car seat to. We have been living in Europe and have a single quinny, if only they made doubles! I don't care about price, so if anyone is familiar with a sturdy lightweight stroller that will do the job please let me know! I love european brands, but a nice looking american one could do too. Thanks for your help!
