At what age do people stop carrying babies in car seats around Baby? My baby is 7 1 / 2 months and I always wear her car while she was in her car seat for baby. Once I arrive at my destination, I just click on his car seat in the stroller (we used part Graco SnugRide stroller). This was easy when she was a newborn, but now it becomes heavy (18 pounds!) and my biceps just can not keep up with it .... Is it time to leave car seat in the car, and transfer the baby to his new "big girl stroller when we reach our destination? What do you do?
my daughter has grown up car seat for baby 6 months and I was so happy not having to carry this thing over. your right, it weighs a ton. I would just leave it in the car if it is too heavy and put it in the stroller. it will be OK.
