No - it will not clip, which, unlike a poster said before, means its not safe to use this way. Each brand of stroller / car seat has a different clip on bases and strollers, and they are not cross compatible. Same if the car seat fits right in the stroller, it is not safe to just leave things as well. If you go over a bump or stop suddenly, the seat could fall out of the door. If the seat of the stroller slept most of the WYA, just use the stroller with the baby - DO NOT newborns must be in car seats all the time, and in fact, it's bad for their causing physical and developmental delays. Too, yes, seats Evenflo Discovery had a ton of reminders from when they were first made, so beware. And I agree, a sling is a better alternative - better for baby better for mother, keeps hands free without bulky stroller and keep SBABYs safe and happy.
