Look across the street and see - men always carry with one hand. Is it because they are trying to look macho or cool, or because they have better control of things on wheels that women?
I can not speak for others, but I think the stroller handles are set low. try use 2 hands on causes you to extend your arm and down.That causes my shoulders to roll forward that I find disagreeable. its easier and more comfortable to push with one hand and arm. in difficult situations like crossing a street, I use 2 for security and control over bumps.
