Swivel Jogging Stroller

I am thinking about buying a Zooper Buddy jogging stroller second hand. It's a great price but I am concerned about the front wheel not swiveling. It's supposed to be great for running but not as good for maneuverability in walking. Does anyone have a stroller like this one with the fron wheel that doesn't swivel? Was it really difficult to use for walking? Is there a conversion kit to put a different kind of wheel on the front? Thanks everyone!
I'm probably going to use it primarily for walking not jogging as I have a lot of back problems.
I never used one, but my friend has one. She's not really impressed. She said that it *is* easier to use while jogging, but who runs in a straight line? She would literally have to slow her pace in order to turn a corner.
This might seem weird, but those small cheap strollers from Wal-mart are excellent for walking. The are really light, and turn very easily. However, there is no lay-down position, so it would only work for an older baby who can sit up.
