Cheap Baby Strollers

my stroller will be ok for my baby?

I received this stroller graco, however i cannot find where. but its blue and gray design check. this is not a travel system, it will be ok for a newborn or do I need another stroller. a friend told me I need one with a car seat for the baby, but I do not want to buy another for no reason. any stroller will work or does it simply to be a travel system? its like this stroller http://www.mystrollers.com/Shop/product.aspx?sku=6H00INC3

If the stroller fits flat and your baby fits into the straps, then it will be fine.
