Strollers Phil & Ted, any good?

Hi, I'm looking for answers to any moms who have Phil & Ted strollers. I am seeking one with the add on kit that turns it into a double buggy. My son will be 19 months when my next baby is born. I do a lot walk. Ive heard conflicting opinions on them, too, is the cocoon baby any good? Any advantages and disadvantages would be great, thank you.
