I'm not really a fan of the travel agent. I always book flight to myself, as I like to control everything including payment, quite sensitive to identity fraud. The weak link of the card makes people who use it. I agree that the system not abused by some guilt there, but to maintain our identity is more important. If you want to talk about specific practices for the travel agent, I think they are already.
