Good tandem stroller for 2 years and 8 week-old?

I was thinking about buying the Joovy Caboose Ultralight. Does anyone own it? Can you tell me how is it? Suggestions for other tandem strollers? Thank you.

I do not have one. But I have the Joovy Groove and I love it. Its my stroller second, the first is a very expensive Italian brand has been one that has been such a POC I sold it when my daughter was 2 years. Learned my lesson. I love Joovy company, they have great costumer service. I had a minor problem with a strap on my stroller and they have not hesitated to I refund the charges and were very nice. My girlfriend has a Joovy Kooper and no complaints. I have heard good things about the caboose, and the company showed me that they are durable strollers at affordable prices.
