Two babies, one 1 year, a newborn - PRAM IDEAS?

I have options here - a double stroller (side side) or double (one behind the other) and three-wheelers or side by side which looks like two umbrella strollers?. Moms / dads / grandparents! Suggestions? What works? What doesn't? Or three-wheeled vehicle with a toddler seat? SO MANY of thinking! Do not want to get one and regret it! Please help! haha.

I am not suggesting the side by side stroller as it is broad and often difficult to maneuver in stores and whatnot, it is also much harder to push. The One I Love (behind the other) because of the PRAM easy to grow, easy to fold and it is much easier when in crowded places ... you can go even one where the seat rear is a little higher so that both babies can see forward!
