This model extended cab that has the exit seats on the side facing each other. My passenger side airbag and who does not turn off the switch because of the fact that the were installed in the 98 models ... can someone tell me if this is safe to put in the back? Or would it be possible to simply disable the passenger side airbag?
Carseats can be installed on the vehicle seats forward, so no you can not use the folding seats in the back of the truck. Some trucks may have a key switch to disable the airbag, but other than that you would to contact the dealer. Unless it was an absolute emergency and I would not trust even a switch or an airbag sensor.
